Battery Recycling Report in Accordance with §15 (3) BattG
As a manufacturer of industrial batteries, Legend eBikes is obliged under Section 15 (3) of the German Battery Act (BattG) to publish annual data on recycling rates achieved for waste industrial and automotive batteries.
We hereby confirm that:
Legend eBikes is connected to the GRS eMobility take-back system operated by GRS Servicegesellschaft mbH (Gemeinsames Rücknahmesystem). This ensures that used industrial batteries are collected and recycled in accordance with German environmental regulations.
Recycling rate achieved for industrial batteries in 2024: 100%
