The shipping of your e-bike will be initiated automatically after receipt of the order. The delivery usually takes place in 1-3 working days

Depending on the model, your bike will be sent either by DHL (Monza and Siena) or by forwarding Dachser (Milano and Etna). For a program via DHL, you will receive a shipping notification that includes a tracking link for tracking. When shipping the freight forwarding, the freight forwarder calls you before delivery to make a delivery date.

The delivery of our bikes is always free. We recommend the accessories right away to save the shipping costs.

We offer common online payment methods to enable safe payment. This includes PayPal, Klarna, transfer or payment by credit card.

In addition to the methods that are limited to prepayment, there is also the possibility of buying an invoice via Klarna or the purchase purchase via Alma.

The models are all pre -assembled. The Monza and Siena models are delivered ready to drive, so that after a brief testing of the screws, it can also start for strength.

In the Milano and Etna models, last assembly steps must be carried out before the first trip can be started (mount pedals, put the handlebars across and adjust, use front wheel).

We only sell our e-bikes ourselves. So we do not have to praise dealer margins. Of course, we pass this on to our customers as a price advantage. Only new goods from the current production are sold, no discontinued models.
