We only sell our e-bikes ourselves. So we do not have to praise dealer margins. Of course, we pass this on to our customers as a price advantage.

That's no problem. It is best to contact us in the first step. We go through your concern with you in peace and find a solution. This can look so that we will send you spare parts or that you bring your e-faltrad to a workshop and we will reimburse the costs. If it gets more complicated, we will pick up your Monza with you and bring it back in good condition in our workshop in Hanover.
