The importance of Mahle GmbH for the automotive industry becomes particularly clear when you consider that mahle components are installed worldwide in every second vehicle. As a closer and important partner of Scuderia Ferrari, Mahle also appears in Formula 1.
As the successor to the popular Ebikemotion app, the German automotive supplier has developed the MYSMARTBIKE app. After taking over the Spanish "Ebikemotion", Mahle published the system overhauled and published it in a new design and under a new name.
Board computer
Because the data of your trip can no longer only be displayed, but also evaluated, the system enables you to track your journey data detailed track. You can see at any time and anywhere how quickly you drove on your last route, how high your top speed was where you reached it or how many calories you burned while driving. You can compare your tours and keep an eye on performance increases.
Custom fashion
Because you can control the engine directly, you can also define how much you want to be supported by it. The system offers you four support levels, whereby you can adjust yourself in the fourth stage how much power the engine should access at which speed. This gives you freedom to determine the level of difficulty of your journey yourself. Anyone who claims that Ebike is not a sport will be taught better here. Of course, you can also call up the maximum support and leave the work to the bike. This is exactly what makes flexibility in our bikes. Your Legend Ebike is a sports equipment if you want it, but if you want to cover long distances at high speed without sweating, you can just as well.
E-bike communicates that
The possibility of “communicating” with the engine also has the advantage that any problems can be quickly assigned. The system recognizes errors that affect the drive system independently and shows you the error on your smartphone together with a recommendation for action. This enables you to get out of the world, depending on the level of difficulty, or simply tell us what your bike is missing so that we can help you quickly.
The "Localize my Ebike" function also helps you to determine the location where your bike was last coupled with a smartphone and can therefore help if necessary in the event of theft.
Activity tracking
You can track any of your journeys as an activity. The data collected during the journey will then be displayed as a clear evaluation in the app or either on the desktop PC. So you can empathize and share all the details of your trip from anytime time.
Drive with heart
MAHLE MAHLE SMARTBIKE SYSTEM not only enables your smartphone to be connected. The pulsometer function also enables you to couple a pulse belt with your bike. This transforms your bike into your personal, mobile ergometer. You can easily define a target pulse that you want to hold while driving. This enables you to use the bike purely mechanically until you really need the support. If your pulse approaches the defined target value, the system recognizes this and activates the engine support. In this way, your eBike is only one when you need one, which also significantly increases the reach -wide.

Iwoc control element
So that you can pay the necessary attention to road traffic while driving, the drive system is operated intuitively via the control element on the handlebar. The "IWOC" mainly shows the charging level and the selected support level based on an LED display and can also point out error codes. With the keys on the IWOC, you can switch on the drive system, choose between the support levels, activate the sliding aids or switch the lighting on and off. With a connected smartphone, you can also navigate through the Mahle Mysmartbike app via the keys on the IWOC.
My smartbike app
As the name suggests, the app deals with the smart properties of our Legend eBikes, that are equipped with a control unit that allows the paddock with a smart device (smartphone or smartwatch). This coupling takes place via the control unit on the handlebar, which couples connected to your device via Bluetooth. The possibilities that result from this are very far -reaching. While other Ebikes only have a display, i.e. a pure advertisement, the mahle smartbike system enables the connection to a smart device.
