The average delivery time of our legend e-bikes is 1-4 working days. This period includes the duration between the moment of your order levy up to the preservation of the bike.
Your order automatically triggers the shipping of the ordered goods, which will be made ready for dispatch in our warehouse in Hanover.
In the next step, your e-bike will be handed over to the shipping service provider, which will provide you with your bike quickly and reliably. Depending on the model, this can vary. The MONZA and Siena models are delivered by DHL package shipping, the Milano and Etna models, on the other hand, by forwarding. DHL package is sent without prior notice, the delivery by the freight forwarder will only be made after prior telephone delivery date, so it is best to make sure whether the specified number is complete and up to date.
We can imagine that you can hardly expect the preservation of your bike and of course you do not want to leave you unclear by the whereabouts of your order. For this reason, you will receive the tracking information immediately after shipping, so that you can actively follow your shipment. During the shipping, we have no way of influencing the program, which is why we ask for asking inquiries that have prioritization on the subject. You can tell whether your bike is currently ready to deliver by the fact that nothing is shown in the order when ordering. Otherwise, you will be advised that your desired model in the specified composition (bicycle and battery) is currently not available.
