The delivery time is usually 2-4 working days because we send directly from our warehouse in Hanover.
How high is the permissible overall weight?
The permissible total weight is 120 kg (driver + luggage + e-faltrad)

The legend ETNA is suitable for people between 1.70 m - 1.95 m. By changing the stem or an extended seat post, this is also variable.
Can I take the ETNA on the train?
At Deutsche Bahn it is possible to take the Legend Etnas with you at no extra charge. All urban, public transport companies are decided individually.
How does the service take place in the event of a guarantee?
If necessary, we are available by phone, email or here via the chat. Depending on the type of damage or defect, we can send you spare parts or instructions, cover the costs for a repair at a workshop near you or have your bike picked up free of charge in our workshop.
How does a test drive work at my home?
If you want to take advantage of our offer to test the bike in your familiar surroundings, you can order it on our website. After receipt, they have 30 days and up to 50 kilometers to test the bike extensively. If you do not like it, we will have it picked up free of charge and refund the full purchase price after receipt.
