How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time is 1-4 working days. The Milano comes directly from our warehouse in Hanover!
How high is the permissible overall weight?
The permissible total weight (driver + e-faltrad) is 120 kg. So you can weigh about 100 kg as a driver.
Is the Milano Stvzo-compliant?
Yes, the Milano E-CityRad fulfills all criteria for the road traffic regulations.
Which body size is the Milano suitable for?
First of all, you have to say that it is not quite as decisive for a bike with an electric motor. However, we can say that the Milano is suitable for drivers or bicycles with body sizes between 1.55 m - 1.90 m.
Is the handlebar adjustable?
Yes, the driver of the Milano can also be adjusted to the height free of tools.
How does the service take place in the event of a guarantee?
If necessary, we are available by phone, email or here via the chat. Depending on the type of damage or defect, we can send you spare parts or instructions, cover the costs for a repair at a workshop near you or have your bike picked up free of charge in our workshop.
How does a test drive work at my home?
If you want to take advantage of our offer to test the bike in your familiar surroundings, you can order it on our website. After receipt, they have 30 days and up to 50 kilometers to test the bike extensively. If you do not like it, we will have it picked up free of charge and refund the full purchase price after receipt.
