How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time is 1-4 working days. We send the Siena directly from Hanover and guarantee you a quick delivery.
How high is the permissible overall weight?
The permissible total weight (driver + e-folding bike) is 120 kg. Means that as a driver you should weigh about 100 kg.
Is the Siena StVZO compliant?
Yes, the Siena fulfills all criteria. So driving on all public roads is not a problem.
What body size is the Siena suitable for?
First of all, one has to say that it is not quite as decisive for a folding wheel with an electric motor. A folding wheel is usually never designed for tours over 70 km, no matter what body size you have. In general, we recommend the Monza for people between 1.55 m and 1.90 m.
Is the handlebar adjustable?
Yes, the handlebar from Siena can be regulated in height via a quick -tensioning closure.
Can I take the Siena on the train?
At Deutsche Bahn it is possible to take the Legend Siena with you at no extra charge. All urban, public transport companies are decided individually. In most cases, the free take away is also possible there.
How does the service take place in the event of a guarantee?
If necessary, we are available by phone, email or here via the chat. Depending on the type of damage or defect, we can send you spare parts or instructions, cover the costs for a repair at a workshop near you or have your bike picked up free of charge in our workshop.
How does a test drive work at my home?
If you want to take advantage of our offer to test the bike in your familiar surroundings, you can order it on our website. After receipt, they have 30 days and up to 50 kilometers to test the bike extensively. If you do not like it, we will have it picked up free of charge and refund the full purchase price after receipt.
